TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Belvoir must be instructed by any referred landlord within three months of the original referral contact.
- There are no limits to the number of referrals a Landlord can make
- The referral reward of 3 months free management fee is awarded on completion of a successful tenant application on a new fully managed property. No reward will be given if the referred Landlord withdraws from the instruction with Belvoir before a successful tenant move in is completed.
